You can always log in to your account and check the status of your order under ‘My Orders’. Alternatively, you can also ‘Track Order’ to check your order status in this platform.

Delivery Time*

Orders within India will be delivered within 7 – 9 working days, Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address across the world.

ORDER CANCELLATION

COD orders can be canceled directly from the user account before it gets shipped.

To cancel PREPAID orders, please write to us.

In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us. We surely will try to provide you with any customized solutions wherever possible.


RETURN

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If the prescribed time/days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to accept any request.

To be eligible for a return; the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it only if having any quality issue/manufacturing defect (proof of unpacking is preferred). It must also be with the original tags and packaging.

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us on your own. Please pack the items securely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit.

Shipping Returns*

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your shipped product to reach the destination may vary.

For extra assurance you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item on time.

Reverse Shipping Charges*

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

The product amount will be credited back to your account as reward points, once we have received the products and the quality check is done.

 Refund for gift wrap, COD, and shipping charges is not applicable.

International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered

Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by our end.

If you have received a defective product, send us images on our email id and we will check it thoroughly.


REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund on return request.

If approved; then your refund will be processed (excluding the Return Shipping Charges) and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or after manual verification, within some days.

Late or Missing Refunds*

If you haven’t received a refund on time, first check your bank account.

Then contact your payment card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded on statement.

In case you receive the products with TAMPERED PACKAGING; kindly DO NOT ACCEPT the product or kindly make a note regarding the same in POD (Proof of Delivery) given by the Delivery Person before Signing.
